You can browse most of the website without submitting personal information. If required contact details are not provided, Ammarah may not be able to respond to an enquiry or confirm a consultation request.
Storage and service providers
Lead and booking records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used by this website. Website hosting, database, analytics and communication service providers may process information in locations where their infrastructure operates. Access to the private enquiry dashboard is protected by an administrator credential.
Meta Pixel
The public website uses Meta Pixel to record events such as page views and successfully completed enquiry or consultation actions. Meta may receive browser/device information, page URL, referrer and event information through cookies and similar technologies. This implementation does not intentionally include names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses or message contents in Pixel event parameters.
Direct marketing and opt-out
Submitting a property enquiry is used to respond to that enquiry and related follow-up. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If you later receive a commercial email or SMS and no longer want those messages, you can use the unsubscribe method provided in that message or contact Ammarah directly.
Disclosure
Information may be shared with relevant Ray White Rochedale personnel or service providers where reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, arrange requested property services or operate the website. Personal information is not intended to be sold.
Access, correction and deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted through this website, email ammarah.naeem@raywhite.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.
Security and retention
